Front Row Charlotte will debut a first of its kind “show + shop”, where local boutiques come together to show their spring arrivals on the runway; and also when local jewelry designers will unveil their spring collections exclusively to event goers before going public. The event will be held Thursday, February 28th, 2013 at the Triple C Brewing Co. – 2900 Griffith
St.- at 7pm.
Front Row Charlotte is comprised of local wardrobe stylists Erica Hanks, Joey Hewell, and Effie Loukas. Their purpose was to have an event that was intimate, all about local, and one that event goers can purchase what they see at the event. An event that was more for the benefit of the local businesses and the customer. An event where everyone attending has a front row seat, which we all know is the best seat at a fashion show. The styling trio have developed an event that will be the perfect blend of a fresh fashion experience and a fashionista’s
haven.
Featured boutiques will be: Chezelle, KK Bloom, Lotus, Monkees of Lake Norman, Olive Online Boutique; participating jewelry designers will be Mere Jewelry and Towne & Reese. Sale Diem, a new, locally-based “Gilt Group” for boutiques will also be showcased that night and will have a booth where everyone can become a member and begin to receive deals from local
participating boutiques.
Front Row Charlotte will be held in the massive warehouse connected to the Triple C Brewing Company, and the local brewmasters will create a “Front Row Ale” just for event goers. Along with Roots Farm Food truck and Charleston Fashion Week DJs Aurthur Brothers spinning tunes, it will be sure to be a night for everyone to enjoy and anticipate the beginning of spring. Valet will be available; Gift bags will be given to all attendees. Proceeds from ticket sales will go toward Safe Alliance (www.safealliance.org). Doors will open at 6:15 to press/
