“I started my hormone health journey in 2023 and my world was changed for the better,” explains Lynsea. “Hormones are not talked about enough, and truly without awareness of them, they have an inevitable effect on our decisions, relationships, and quality of life. It should be known that hormone education is not reserved for women, nor only for sex education. If you are human, you are being influenced by this chemistry daily, so, if you are human, this song is for you.”

To celebrate ‘hormones,’ Lynsea is hosting the official release party at Rosie’s Coffee and Wine Garden located at 940 N Davidson Street inside McGill Rose Garden. The event will take place from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday, August 17. Guests are encouraged to bring gently used clothes for a donation drive to benefit Crisis Assistance Ministry and in exchange, those who bring donations will receive a free mood ring as a thank you.
