The 6th Annual event is scheduled for January 21 – 25 in various locations throughout the Greater Charlotte Metropolitan area. Charlotte Professional Networking Week is designed to provide the city’s professionals with the essential tools, resources and networking opportunities needed to develop, brand, market and operate their businesses successfully in today’s climate. Unlike typical professional development conferences, intentional networking, as the event title suggests, is incorporated into every aspect of networking week.

The Morning Exchange: A Networking and Knowledge Event
When: Tuesday, January 21 (8 a.m. – 10 a.m.)
Where: Advent Coworking (933 Louise Ave)
Attendees will enjoy casual networking over coffee and a continental breakfast followed by a panel discussion about achieving success featuring local business executives Spencer Disher (Adjunct Professor in Entrepreneurship, Angel Investor and Consultant/Mentor to Startup Entities), Edward Timberlake, Jr.(Vice President, Small Business Community Lender at Fifth Third Bank), Bridgette West (Chief Creative at 79 West Creative and Editor-In-Chief, Carolina STYLE Magazine) and Mark W. Wright (Co-Founder, Wright Creative Agency, Sports Journalist and Documentarian).

The Professional Opportunity Exchange
When: Wednesday, January 22 (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Where: Spaces Co-Working – SouthEnd (307 W. Tremont Avenue)
This event gives attendees an opportunity to network with both one another and participating vendors and sponsors in an upbeat, low pressure atmosphere. In addition to networking, attendees will be able to interview with area corporations for business contracting and job opportunities via Professional Speed Connection Sessions.
Connecting The Dots: Professional Connections Luncheon
When: Thursday, January 23 (11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.)
Where: Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Building (330 S. Tryon St.)
An opportunity for guests to mix, mingle and network with vendors and other attendees while enjoying a complimentary catered lunch. There will be an informative fireside chat with Keva Walton, Chief Growth Officer -Ecomonic and Talent Development, Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
The Move and Shake Experience: A Professional Development Expo
When: Saturday, January 25 (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
Where: Heist Brewery and Barrel Arts (1030 Woodward Avenue)
This is an expo focused on providing professional resources and information through panel discussions, workshops and keynote speakers.
