You’re invited to join Chef Joya for Curated with Chef Joya, the first in a series of private fine dining experiences featuring elevated vegan cuisine. Each 5-course dinner will showcase a different culinary theme. On July 21, we will explore Gullah-Geechee cuisine that has its cultural roots originating in South Carolina by way of enslaved West Africans from countries like Sierra Leone, Ghana and Angola. Gullah-Geechee cuisine is the cornerstone of southern cooking and low country fare.
Guests can expect an evening of delicious food, wine pairings, incredible ambiance and great conversation where Chef Joya will introduce each course in an intimate setting. Spaces are limited, so please be sure to RSVP today.
